Ability to edit and control Subscription paused email

For vendors using the Subscription Pause feature, the email that is sent to the customer to access the portal is currently an internal email that cannot be edited or disabled.

This new feature update would allow vendors to edit and control the email notification for the pausing subscriptions along with other transactional emails.
