Add Bulk Select Option for Trigger Configurations Management

Currently, the new trigger system lacks bulk selection functionality, making it inefficient to manage multiple configurations. Users who need to clean up or update a large number of trigger configurations, such as those spread across dozens of pages, are required to handle each item individually. This manual process is time-consuming and can significantly impact productivity. Introducing a bulk select feature would allow users to select multiple configurations at once and perform batch actions, such as deleting or organizing them, resulting in a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
