Cancellation Wizard

Premium PayKickstart vendors familiar with our API can now set up a cancellation saver widget on their website or platform to offer more retention efforts for customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions.

This feature will allow vendors to offer subscription saver options such as discounts, plan changes and the ability to submit surveys or contact your support team before canceling so you can offer the customer additional support and retention in order to save the customer subscription.
