Disable "Duplicate Purchase" Warning pop-up

PayKickstart has a built-in feature to avoid customers from purchasing a product twice. When a customer enters their email address, PayKickstart will check to see if they already purchased this product before.

Now vendors have the option to disable this feature if they would like.
