Email Autoresponders: New event triggers

PayKickstart vendors using auto-responder email integrations now have the ability to trigger the integrations to add customers to a mailing list or add/remove tags(if applicable) based on the new event triggers.

#1 On Pending Cancellation - Triggered when the customers related subscription is set to pending cancellation after current billing period.

#2 On Trialing - triggered if the customer's transaction is related to a trial signup.

#3 On First Rebill - Triggered on the first billing of a subscription, after the trial.
