Enable password field on checkouts related to membership integration

PayKickstart vendors using our membership platform native integrations now have the ability to allow customers to choose their account password while signing up on the checkout.

This feature is great if you want to allow customers to choose their own password rather than receiving an auto-created password they update after logging in.
