Improved & Added More Transaction Email Control

We have renamed all of the Email Notifications so that they are more descriptive and make more sense. We’ve also added a bunch of more transactional emails that you can Enable/Disable for Buyers, Affiliates and Vendors – most importantly, the ability to turn on/off the Initial Sale and/or Rebill Sale notifications
