Subscription Filter: Active and Paid Subscriptions

Subscription section filter to only show active "Paid" subscriptions, and Trialing subscriptions can now be used without any limits to the date range set.

Vendors can now filter for Trialing, or Active (Paid) Subscriptions without any limitations by including the customer's start date in the date range.
